My family and I contacted Accessible Italian Holiday a day before departure to ask for their Airport Transfer service.

While on a very short notice, we were met with a lot of kindness and willingness to help us figure out if their service was possible, what would be possible if not, and general information regarding wheelchair accessibility in Italy.

Luckily, Accessible Italian Holiday was available to meet our requirements of space thereof two wheelchairs and four luggages.

Throughout the planning and stay, Accessible Italian Holiday had excellent communication, and responded quickly to questions and/or information.

Thanks to them, we got a nice start to our vacation, and we would gladly use their service again.
