Hi,Vincenzo, we often talk of the wonderful times we had in your beautiful country.

My 97 year old mother with her wheelchair, was well looked after by your capable drivers.

They treated her with kindness and civility.

We will always be indebted to you.

My only complaint is that we never met , as you were so charming and helpful.
